Wellness Tip: Meditation

At a Body of Work, we encourage exercising your mind just as you would your body. A quick, 5 minute meditation to start your morning will ensure you lead your day with a bit more mindfulness and clarity. Start by sitting or laying down in a comfortable position. Focus on your breathing and the way each part of your body feels as you breathe in and out. Your mind will probably wander to thoughts and it may be difficult to stay focused on your breathing and your body. But like any other muscle, your mind just needs to be worked out to see results!
