ITT Pilates Exercise Video: Side Kick

Side Kick is an excellent exercise that focuses on strengthening our side trunk muscles while mobilizing our hip joints. We work the psoas and quads for hip flexion while using our hamstrings and glutes for hip extension. This exercise is all about keeping our body in neutral alignment and stabilizing the trunk.
