Up next in our trainer highlight series is ITT PILATES graduate turned trainer Cathy Berman!

What classes do you teach?

I teach the Pilates for Healthy Bones class on Tuesdays at noon over Zoom.

How did you get started in the fitness field?

I got started teaching when my husband saw that all I did was movement and he sent me on a mission to find a training program that I love. I found ITT Pilates and thats where it began. Then came Gyrotonic, Gyrokenisis, and Yoga.

What’s your favorite part about working at ABOW?

My favorite part of working at ABOW is the excellent camaraderie between all the trainers. I feel this spills over into the joy each one of us has when working with our clients.
