ITT Pilates Exercise Video: Single-Leg Stretch
Introducing the Single Leg Stretch. Single Leg Stretch is about learning to move from your center. This exercise targets and trains the abdominal muscles to stabilize the trunk as the arms and legs are in motion. Single Leg Stretch also offers an element of coordination. While performing this exercise, make sure your torso is stable and your legs are moving in a straight line, not up and down like a bicycle.
