Upcoming Event: GYROTONIC® Level 1 Update Course 7/23- 7/25
This course will review the GYROTONIC® Principals, specific tactile cues and movement. It is open to all certified Gyrotonic® trainers for update on material and will include not only review of hands on but also some more advanced movements
In this course, students will review the most current Level I Foundation Course curriculum, refine existing skills, and learn about Juliu’s newest approach regarding the Level I curriculum. In addition to practicing selected Level I exercises, students will expand on teaching and cueing skills, review some 'old school' movements, as well as more advanced movements.
