Wellness Tip: Eating Post-Workout

What you do post workout is almost as important as the workout itself! Don't throw away all your hard work with poor nutrition. Try to eat a meal or even a snack within two hours of working out. A balance of carbohydrates and protein is ideal to replenish your body. On the go? Some fruit and crackers or a protein bar will help in a pinch to make your workout as effective as possible!
