This workshop will teach several sequences, from beginner to advanced, that introduce clients to the Reformer with the ITT Pilates principles. These exercise progressions include transitions for a sequence that flows, encouraging the participant to remain in their body. This is the ideal way to help your clients gain self-control and independence in their training.
Jean will teach a series of sequences for assessing and determining exercise protocols for the lower quarter. She will demonstrate and then lead all participants through a sequence for the foot, the knee and the hip.
