In this chapter of CENTERED Practice, we investigate the cervical spine with self-awareness techniques to release superficial neck muscles that create pain and discomfort; learn how to mobilize the neck with ease; and restore strength and balance between muscles on all sides of the neck, especially the anterior and posterior cervical muscles.
