Practice Lab 8: Movement of the Head and Neck

  • A Body of Work 569 Ruger Street San Francisco, CA, 94129 United States (map)

In this chapter of CENTERED Practice, we investigate the cervical spine with self-awareness techniques to release superficial neck muscles that create pain and discomfort; learn how to mobilize the neck with ease; and restore strength and balance between muscles on all sides of the neck, especially the anterior and posterior cervical muscles.

This series is a great way to integrate your self-study or workshop experience into your own personal teaching practice. This is also a great way to compliment Madeline's Immersive Body Training, GATHER, offered in March 2019.
