Take your workout to new heights with this workout on a low hanging trapeze bar! This class is a fun and challenging workout for your whole body that combines the principles of Pilates with the aerial arts. You will build upper body strength in your arms, back and core while learning to hang safely for healthy shoulders. The class includes Pilates, TRX and circuit moves to bring out your playful spirit.
