Take your workout to new heights with this workout on a low hanging trapeze bar! This class is a fun and challenging workout for your whole body that combines the principles of Pilates with the aerial arts. You will build upper body strength in your arms, back and core while learning to hang safely for healthy shoulders.  The class includes Pilates, TRX and circuit moves to bring out your playful spirit.

Join us for a day of celebration

We are celebrating our 15th anniversary! In observation of this milestone we invite you to join us at the studio and enjoy a 30-minute mini class with one of our fabulous teachers, nosh and socialize, and check out all the new additions we're adding for the fall. In addition to celebrating our anniversary we're unveiling our new look! You'll notice improvements and additions throughout the building.
